Just Energy’s Auto Pay program ensures our customers the convenience of never missing a payment or pay a late fee again. It is a free service that will deduct payments from your credit card or checking account to pay your Just Energy bill on your due date.
To set up automatic payment:
- Log-in to your My Account page here: https://account.justenergy.com/
- Select “Auto Pay” under the “Billing and Payments” menu.
- Enter your banking or credit card information.
- Read disclosure and check the box.
- Press “Submit.”
