Just Energy customers can access their online account through the My Account page here: https://account.justenergy.com/
If you do not yet have an online account, use the above link and select “Sign Up.” You will need to enter your email address, account number, billing zip code and a password. You can find your account number at the top of your bill above your name and address.
Customers can view and pay their bills, sign-up for paperless billing, set up automatic payments, and monitor their energy usage all from their My Account page.
