Just Energy’s Paperless Billing (eBill) program ensures that our customers the convenience of viewing their bill electronically on any device and reducing their environmental impact. It is a free service that will automatically send you an electronic copy of your bill to your email every month.
To sign up for Paperless Billing:
- Log-in to your My Account page here: https://account.justenergy.com/
- Select “Paperless Billing” under the “Current Services” menu.
- Select “I want to receive my bill by email” option.
- Press “Update my billing option”.
