They were leaving when my TMobile guy stopped them and told them I was asking about them and that was my next stop in Sam’s. They stayed and registered me before they left to go home. That was so thoughtful of them.

I am a new customer and I made a mistake joining another company and then switched back to this one.I cannot get a live person to talk to me about anything.They are so frustrating and rude.This has left a very bad experience for me. Someone did finally get it touch with me and did as best he could to adjust my rate. While not perfect at least he took the time to reach out to try to make it right.
