Welcome Reward: You will receive $45 in Sam’s Cash® one month after submitting payment in full against your first bill on the eligible Just Energy plan or after you pay your first utility bill in full with Just Energy as your supplier. Anniversary Reward: You will receive $45 in Sam’s Cash® one month after paying in full your first Just Energy or utility bill immediately following your anniversary date as long as (a) you remain enrolled on an eligible Just Energy plan and (b) you have paid 12 months of bills in full. If you are enrolled in both electricity and gas plans, you will receive an additional $45 in Sam’s Cash® every year on your anniversary date as long as you remain in an eligible electricity plan. Emails will be sent from Just Energy and Sam’s Club.

  4. Cancellation Fee Reimbursement: We will reimburse up to $250 of the cancellation fee charged by your previous electric provider. This promotion only applies to term agreements 12 months or greater and must be repaid to Just Energy if you switch away within 12 months of starting your Agreement. The final bill from your previous electric provider showing their cancellation fee must be submitted within 90 days of enrollment. Reimbursement will appear as a bill credit after your first full service period bill with Just Energy is paid in full. Please send a copy of your previous electric provider’s bill that includes their cancellation fee, in one of the following ways: 1) Email – customersupport@justenergy.com, 2) Mail – C/O Cancellation Fee Reimbursement Program, 5251 Westheimer Road, Suite 1000, Houston, TX 77056, or 3) Fax – 888-548-7690

  5. Stat Rewards program is valid for Texas customers only. Upon acceptance, you will receive a half-cent ($0.005) discount per kWh used within 1 – 2 billing cycles. This discount will remain if your thermostat stays connected and you remain active in the program. You will also receive a $50 bill credit within 90 days of acceptance. You must own an approved Amazon or Honeywell thermostat to be eligible and maintain an active status in the Connected Savings ® platform. View the list of approved thermostats here.
  6. Terms and conditions apply. The Refer-A-Friend program is applicable exclusively to Texas customers. Just Energy retains the right to modify the credit amount at its discretion, and the issuance of credits is subject to the company’s discretion. Upon successfully enrolling a new customer (Referee) in a residential plan lasting 12 months or more, using the unique Referral Code of the referring customer, and upon the Referee’s payment of their initial full-month Just Energy electricity bill, both the Referring customer and the Referee will each receive a one-time bill credit within 1 – 2 billing cycles. It should be noted that Just Energy holds no responsibility for issuing bill credits on enrollments received without the Referral Code. The bill credit possesses no cash value and is solely applicable as a credit on an active customer’s Just Energy bill. Any remaining bill credit will be carried forward to the next billing statement and is non-transferable. This offer is valid solely in conjunction with applicable plans accessible directly on our website or via phone. Each customer must maintain active status, their account must have an on-time payment history, and must remain on a postpaid residential plan throughout the referral process. The referral code must be used during enrollment and cannot be applied retroactively. Just Energy referral codes are exclusively valid on plans offered by Just Energy. Employee electricity plans or referrals do not qualify for Refer-A-Friend credit. The unique referral code of the Referring Customer is unlimited in its usage.
