The Sam's Cash® Loyalty Rewards Program (the "Sam's Cash Program") is a rewards currency program that allows U.S. and Puerto Rico Sam's Club members to earn and redeem Sam's Cash, also referred to as "cash back rewards," on qualifying purchases (exclusions and restrictions apply) made in the U.S. and in Puerto Rico as set forth in the Sam's Cash Program Terms and Conditions. Marketing materials may refer to "Sam's Cash," "cash back rewards," or similar variations interchangeably to describe the rewards associated with the Sam's Cash Program. Participation in the Sam's Cash Program is automatic and subject to the Sam's Cash Terms and Conditions, the Sam's Club Membership Terms and Conditions, the Sam's Cash Bonus Offer Program terms, the Sam's Club Mastercard® program terms and other Sam's Club rules and policies that may be applicable, all of which are subject to change and may be revised without notice. Sam's Cash has no cash value until such time as the rewards are redeemed at a Sam's Club. Sam's Cash can only be redeemed by active Sam's Club members. - Cancellation Fee Reimbursement: We will reimburse up to $150 of the cancellation fee charged by your previous electric provider. This promotion only applies to term agreements 12 months or greater and must be repaid to Just Energy if you switch away within 12 months of starting your Agreement. The final bill from your previous electric provider showing their cancellation fee must be submitted within 90 days of enrollment. Reimbursement will appear as a bill credit after your first full service period bill with Just Energy is paid in full. Please send a copy of your previous electric provider's bill that includes their cancellation fee, in one of the following ways: 1) Email – customersupport@justenergy.com, 2) Mail – C/O Cancellation Fee Reimbursement Program, 5251 Westheimer Road, Suite 1000, Houston, TX 77056, or 3) Fax – 888-548-7690
- Stat Rewards program is valid for Texas customers only. Upon acceptance, you will receive a half-cent ($0.005) discount per kWh used within 1 – 2 billing cycles. This discount will remain if your thermostat stays connected and you remain active in the program. You will also receive a $50 bill credit within 90 days of acceptance. You must own an approved Amazon or Honeywell thermostat to be eligible and maintain an active status in the Connected Savings ® platform. View the list of approved thermostats here.
- Terms and conditions apply. The Refer-A-Friend program is applicable exclusively to Texas customers. Just Energy retains the right to modify the credit amount at its discretion, and the issuance of credits is subject to the company’s discretion. Upon successfully enrolling a new customer (Referee) in a residential plan lasting 12 months or more, using the unique Referral Code of the referring customer, and upon the Referee’s payment of their initial full-month Just Energy electricity bill, both the Referring customer and the Referee will each receive a one-time bill credit within 1 – 2 billing cycles. It should be noted that Just Energy holds no responsibility for issuing bill credits on enrollments received without the Referral Code. The bill credit possesses no cash value and is solely applicable as a credit on an active customer’s Just Energy bill. Any remaining bill credit will be carried forward to the next billing statement and is non-transferable. This offer is valid solely in conjunction with applicable plans accessible directly on our website or via phone. Each customer must maintain active status, their account must have an on-time payment history, and must remain on a postpaid residential plan throughout the referral process. The referral code must be used during enrollment and cannot be applied retroactively. Just Energy referral codes are exclusively valid on plans offered by Just Energy. Employee electricity plans or referrals do not qualify for Refer-A-Friend credit. The unique referral code of the Referring Customer is unlimited in its usage.

GoodBundle subscription benefits—including up to 1¢/kWh off an eligible energy plan, 10% off a HomeWater filtration system, waived late payment fees, and carbon offsets of up to 2,400 lbs annually—vary by subscription tier and are subject to applicable terms and change.
