What is a price comparison form?

A Price Comparison Form lists your current utility's rate and charges for your given commodity, as well as the proposed rate and charges by the energy retailer. Before entering into an agreement with a retailer, a customer must sign (or for online enrollments acknowledge) the price comparison form.
