How do I sign-up for paperless billing (eBill)?

Just Energy’s Paperless Billing (eBill) program ensures that our customers the convenience of viewing their bill electronically on any device and reducing their environmental impact.  It is a free service that will automatically send you an electronic copy of your bill to your email every month.   

To sign up for Paperless Billing: 

1. Log-in to your My Account page here: https://account.justenergy.com/ 
2. Select “Paperless Billing” under the “Current Services” menu. 
3. Select “I want to receive my bill by email” option. 
4. Press “Update my billing option”.
