At Just Energy, we understand that some customers would like the flexibility to split their bill into multiple payments. Just Energy has an option that assists customers in avoiding disconnection, which is through our Deferred Payment Plan (DPP). We allow customers who qualify for the DPP the opportunity to spread their amount due over several months. If a customer is eligible, a down payment on the balance due is required at the time the DPP is set-up. The remaining amount due is divided into equal installments that are to be paid at the time of each subsequent monthly bill.
Just Energy customers are now able to set up a DPP through their online account here . To do so, select the “Deferred Payment Plan” option under the “Billing & Payments” menu on the left. Please ensure you read the directions carefully as the acceptance of the DPP depends upon a timely down payment and acceptance of all plan terms.
