Need a little extra time?
At Tara Energy, we understand that sometimes you may not be able to pay the full balance of your bill on the due date. Under certain conditions, Tara Energy offers our customers extra time beyond their original due date to pay their balance without fear of disconnection. If eligible, you will be required to make a down payment on your balance due at the time the payment arrangement is set-up.
If you have received a disconnection notice, you can receive up to 10 additional days from your disconnection notice due date, but you must enter into the payment arrangement before your disconnection date.
If you are on our automatic payment program, you must submit payments manually for the duration of your payment arrangement. Once the payment arrangement has been satisfied, you will then be placed back on the automatic payment program.
