At Just Energy, we understand that sometimes customers require assistance in paying their bills. There are options for you if you require this assistance such as pledges from agencies and charities.
The United Way Helpline by dialing 211 from any phone. They will provide a list of local agencies within their zip code. You can also access their online site to find assistance for food, health, housing and more here.
These agencies and charities include:

- Department of Human Services
- Customers in Harris County may contact Barker Ripley at 713-590-2327 (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm).
- Customers not in Harris County may contact Sharing Life at 972-285-5819 (Tuesday/Wednesday/ Friday 9am-3pm, Thursday 9am-7pm Saturday 9am-12pm).
Once the agency or charity has determined your eligibility for assistance, the agency will send a notification to Just Energy of the payment amount and expected payment date. Once a pledge is received and applied to the account, you will receive a letter. Pledges will also be reflected in your online account here .
