Why does Just Energy require a price comparison form to be signed as part of my energy contract?

Under new legal and regulatory requirements that came into effect January 1, 2011, all new and renewal residential and small to mid-sized commercial natural gas and electricity contracts are required to be accompanied by a board-approved Price Comparison Form.
