- The total bill credit that can be received during the contract term is $400.00, which will be applied in increments. One incremental credit of $200 will be reflected on the total bill sent to the customer in September each year of the two-year agreement. If the total September bill reflecting August usage is below $200, then the total bill in September will reflect a credit balance that will be applied to the next month’s bill and so forth until the entire $200 credit balance is spent. The bill credit will be forfeited by the customer if: 1) there is an outstanding account balance at the time each credit is issued, 2) the customer terminates the contract early, or 3) the customer changes the plan before a credit is applied. Bill credits cannot be used toward deposits or deposit refunds. The bill credit cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards. This plan includes a monthly fee of $9.95 when your usage is less than 1000 kWh for the month.
- Weekends Free plan is available to Texas residential customers. Plan bills a monthly Base Charge and an Energy Charge which includes the Transmission and Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) delivery charges. Energy Charges for usage consumed between Friday 7:00 pm to Sunday 11:59 pm are credited back on your bill. See Electricity Facts Label for details. Terms and conditions apply.
- Nights Free plan is available to Texas residential customers. Plan bills a monthly Base Charge and an Energy Charge which includes the Transmission and Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) delivery charges. Energy Charges for usage consumed between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am each day are credited back on your bill. Homes with solar or distributed generation are not eligible, see Electricity Facts Label for details. Terms and conditions apply.
- Just Energy will help you find a plan that fits your needs. Please note that new plans will come with a new contract and the end date of the new contract will change to reflect the terms of the new plan. There is no fee to make a plan change, but you will be subjected to the terms and conditions of the new plan as an existing customer.
